Hi! I’m Kathy Knowles…
Speaker. Certified Coach. Trainer. Spiritual Maven. Also a woman, a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend—and always, a nature lover.
I’ve lived many lives inside this one—single mom, divorcee, corporate executive, business owner. And in each of those roles, I gave it my all. I did everything “right”… at least, according to everyone else. But still, something was missing. I felt overwhelmed. Exhausted. Disconnected. Like I was living on autopilot.
The truth? I was longing to feel more me—not just who I was to others, but who I am in essence: soul-deep, intuitively alive, spiritually grounded, and free.
In 2022, everything began to shift. I stopped chasing and started listening. I began the journey of becoming fully myself—integrating spirit and humanness, not separating them. And that’s why I’m here.
Intuitive Strategies has been with me for years, but in that moment, it became the truest expression of my purpose. My mission is to guide visionary souls—entrepreneurs, leaders, and seekers—back to the sacred rhythm of their inner knowing.
Through vibrational elevation, intuitive awakening, and soulstream attunement, they clear the noise, dissolve what no longer serves, and rise into resonance with their truest calling.

Animal Obsessed
I’ve loved animals since childhood. Growing up on a 600-acre farm, I was always surrounded by dogs, cats, cows, pigs, chickens—you name it. I’ve always dreamed of having a horse, and I’ll still go out of my way to help any animal I meet. These days, the biggest holders of my heart are my two Border Collies, Tessa and Cooper. They’re my most loyal companions—and my daily joy.
Ocean Muse
The ocean is where I remember who I am. The rhythm of the waves, the salt in the air, the sun on my skin—something sacred happens there. It’s where I think best, feel deepest, and reconnect with nature’s intelligence. (The mountains come in a close second!)
Learning with Crystals
I often infuse my personal and professional spaces with crystal energy. Tiger’s eye for focus, amethyst for clarity, and smoky quartz for grounding—they help me stay centered and connected to my intuition, especially when I’m in learning or creation mode. It’s one way I bring sacred intention into everyday life.

On paper, she’s an expert Human Resources Advisor & Consultant with more than three decades of experience helping businesses optimize talent and achieve meaningful goals. Kathy Knowles is a certified speaker, coach, and trainer who shares insights on responsive leadership, people-centered strategy, and cultural transformation with audiences across the globe.
As the Founder & CEO of Intuitive Strategies, Kathy blends intuitive wisdom with strategic insight—guiding heart-led entrepreneurs to align with their true nature, purpose, and power. Her approach is both grounded and expansive, combining decades of professional leadership with training in spiritual practices, energy work, and human potential.
But off paper? She’s a lover of nature and the cosmos. Born on a farm in Indiana, Kathy learned early on to attune to the rhythm of the seasons and the wisdom of the land. That deep connection to life’s natural cycles still lives in her — and it informs how she guides others.
Kathy’s path has taken her from fashion merchandising to executive recruitment, commercial banking, and corporate aviation — where her love for Human Resources first began. And in 2001, after losing her beloved mother to leukemia, she was opened to a different kind of connection: one with Spirit, with intuitive seeing, and with a deeper cosmic order.
From there, Kathy stepped fully into this calling. She began doing readings, hosting workshops, and coaching others to listen to the voice within.
When she’s not leading, teaching, or meditating, you’ll find her outside under the stars, walking with her dogs, or laughing with her family. This work isn’t just what she does — it’s who she is becoming.
